I've spent a lot of today going through all of my options for how to achieve my goals.. I know that I want to run, and I know I need to keep track of my food, but I keep going back and forth, do I do Weight Watchers again and count points, since I was super successful on it last time (35 lbs in 12 weeks). Or do I just count calories, which I seem to push my limits as much as I can doing that.
Then, I'm looking into things like a garmin watch, or fitbit to track my exact activity. They also track sleep patterns, running times, calories burned etc. So I know I want one, but I don't know which one I want!
I've gotten REALLY off track today. It was a horrible food day for me, and I'll admit, I totally binged. I've been so good lately, but today I totally lost it, and did terrible. Tomorrow is a new day and I know it's ok. I'm not going to give up because of one day like I have in the past.
I wish I had a personal trainer (without paying all the money for it) to help guide me in these things! Compression pants, right shoes, right activity tracker.. I'm pretty sure weight loss shouldn't be quite this complicated and I'm over thinking it. I just really need to do it right and for good this time.
ON a big positive though, I do sign back up for the gym tomorrow! I love running so much and I'm so excited to get back to it, and then follow up in the beloved sauna! I need to dig out my gym back again and pack it with all my little cute travel essentials.. Just having such a strict routine in place makes me feel so good! I'm not going to let food keep having control over me. And I'm not going to give up if I slip and fall. Not this time.
